In what was arguably their best performance so far this season, the Dolphins pulled out a late quarter win against the Falcons in Atlanta. Jay Cutler played a vital role in the fins victory throwing for 151 yards and 2 touchdown passes.
The Dolphins led 20-17 into the late minutes of the fourth quarter, when QB Matt Ryan led the Falcons on an impressive rush into field goal range within the final minutes of play. With 0:39 left in the fourth quarter Matt Ryan threw a pass intended for Falcons tightend Austin Hooper which would be intercepted by Dolphins safety Rashad Jones. Giving the dolphins the opportunity to run out the clock, thus sealing the deal on the teams much earned 20-17 victory. The Fins will return home to take on their divison rival New York Jets next Sunday.
