Miami real estate has always been a big topic amongst its citizens and international visitors alike. From the historic Art Deco designs of our South Beach hotels to the innovative stadiums and luxury highrise communities to celebrities buying and selling on Star Island. Today we announce the newest member of the city, Edgewater’s four-tower, master-planned community, Paraiso District by The Related Group.
The Related Group’s Design-Centric Enclave is a Celebrity Haven”
Not only is Paraiso Bay, the development’s first tower, topping off at 53-floors, but the lush Paraiso Beach Club is breaking ground in tandem. Say hello to Michael Schwartz’s future new restaurant, which will be located on the site. And with a vision to keep its surroundings airy and green, The Related Group has also unveiled plans to dedicate a half-acre of land on site along Biscayne Bay’s coveted waterfront for the creation of a public park.
Overlooking the Edgewater bay, Paraiso District is already home to some of the world’s top celebrities, including Tennis pro Gaël “La Monf” Monfils along with Arantxa Sánchez Vicario; San Antonio Spurs NBA champion, Manu Ginóbili; DJ and music producer David Guetta and New York Yankees star infielder Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez.
It fits my lifestyle, with lots of space, natural light and amazing views,” Monfils said of the floor plan of his newly purchased unit. “Its design makes it the best tower in Miami.”
The lobby of the Paraiso District, Gran Paraiso, was designed by Italian superstar Piero Lissoni, who also conceptualized designs for the community’s single Paraiso development, as well as Guetta’s upper penthouse unit. Which makes it no surprise to hear that the high-rise community sold out under construction.
Residents of GranParaiso will enjoy unparalleled social and leisure-centered amenities such as a 100-foot zero entry circular pool, tennis courts, outdoor yoga and Pilates room, putting green, children’s pool, fitness and spa, bowling lanes, virtual golf, theatre, wine tasting salon, and cigar room, among others. All residences will feature spacious flow-through bay front layouts with 10-foot ceilings and 12-foot on penthouse floors. The high-rise will also boast a carefully curated and diverse art collection by The Related Group, including a sinuous black marble sculpture by Uruguayan master sculptor Pablo Atchugarry on GranParaiso’s spacious pool deck.
