Miami, FL (February 20, 2018) – During her recent first visit to Tokyo, beauty vlogger Laura Sánchez not only enjoyed some very pleasant moments at the headquarters of NYX Professional Makeup but also shared her expertise with the famous Japanese makeup artists Marilyn Yuuri Fukuse (@yuuri_fukuse) and Mika Mico Watanabe (@mico2014) on their networks.
A very occidental, yet also contemporary, geisha style achieved through the magic of makeup
Laura and the Japanese makeup influencer Marilyn Yuuri Fukuse (@yuuri_fukuse) who has more than 400,000 followers on YouTube, met at the headquarters of NYX Professional Makeup in Japan, where Laura created a very occidental style of makeup especially for Yuuri Fukuse. And, at the same time, Yuuri fashioned a very Japanese look for Laura’s expressive eyes.
During this same visit to Japan, Laura also collaborated with Mika Mico Watanabe (@mico2014), Japanese makeup artist and influencer, whose creations on Instagram have made her one of the most famous IG in all of Asia. Following all of the very exacting steps required of the traditional look, Mico transformed Laura into a modern geisha. Not only did Mico create the facial makeup but also styled Laura’s hair and clothing in the centuries old fashion of the geisha. The video can be seen on Laura’s social networks and at @mico2014.
