The Little Lighthouse Foundation welcomed over a thousand guests for its celebration of its 8th Annual Halloween charity event, Nightmare on the Beach: The Dark CarnEvil on Friday, October 27 at Lummus Park, which helps raise money for South Florida children with educational, financial, and medical hardships.
Renowned as South Florida’s premier Halloween charity event, this year’s theme was set behind the gates of an abandoned carnival as guests were spooked upon arrival by a deranged clown. A suited clown on stilts gracefully waved guests down the path to the outdoor nightclub lined on each side with themed pavilions and tents for bites provided by Jack’s Miami, David’s Café, Japanito, Pizza Dude, Cake Lounge Miami, Delicious Catering, Eat Clean, Employees Only, Kone, Emack and Bolios, Brrrr Ice Cream and Koffee Kult, while enjoying specialty cocktails by Tito’s Vodka, Camarena Tequila, Notorious Pink, Atlantico Rum, Jagermeister and Coppertail Beer and refreshments by LaCroix Sparkling Water, still water from Core and coconut water from Zico.
Notable guests in attendance included Ariel Milgroom, Bill Dean, Aneta Magdalena, Aaron Resnick,Dana Dwyer, Charlie Venturi, Marcel Van Gemerden, Lenny Roudner, Anastasiia Popova, Alisa Boam, Victor Ortega & Carolina Sanchez,George Wallner, Justin Keener, and Emma Golijanin.
Best dressed attendees were selected to join DJ Louis Dee on stage at midnight as the crowd voted for the Best Female Costume, Best Male Costume, Best Couple Costume and Best Group Costume, earning winners a VIP table at ORA Nightclub. The evening culminated with a big dance party until 2am.
